Low n’ Slow Briq
One of the key value propositions of the Spark was that it was an all in one grill with one of the widest temperature ranges on the market. When we launched the Spark, we didn’t have a Briq capable of reaching temperatures below 350 °F.
I tackled this challenge head on and created a product capable of maintaining a temperature of 250 °F for eight hours in a grill that was optimized to run at 900 °F. Through extensive testing and analysis, I was able to identify key processes and recipe changes that would alter the heat output of the Briq. The result unlocked the full potential of the Spark Grill, finally allowing users to smoke barbecue low and slow and secured Spark’s position as one of the most versatile grills on the market.
